I've been experiencing "This site can't be reached" error lately, I'm not sure if it was caused by our forum migration to xenforo. I'm not sure if the installation is at fault cause I'm not the one who installed xenforo (my friend installed it cause he owns it). By the way upon checking xenforo's requirements it displayed these results: Requirements met Your server meets all of XenForo's PHP requirements. Wow, that's a huge increase especially that the maximum number of connection has been doubled, and the server would need more memory to handle this increase. I really appreciate the time and effort you put into this community without even asking for something in exchange, I would like to thank you for everything, hope I'll be able to repay this kindness. -

I'm already on Tommy and I'm getting 75 max users, would it increase in the near future? or has it already been increased? -
I got this error message after accessing our site, and some users are already experiencing this. Is there a way to increase our max user connection? or we are only limited to what has already been set? Thanks!

Thanks for the quick response boss, I think I missed editing the config.php file, I'll send a feedback soon. Thanks again boss I'm getting 404 Not Found error, I put the files in a phpbb folder. I'll try installing new phpbb using the imported database, but not sure how to import everything from the forum. It only imported 3 users, which were all mine, and the styles but others were not there. I think I have to input everything manually, still hoping I can import everything. Thanks again for the help boss.

I am having problems importing my forum from uhost to heliohost. Already tried importing using softaculous, phpbb back-up and restore feature, xcloner wont even work in uhost (I always get an error accessing it and even some plugins and programs)... I'm not sure if it's the hosters fault or some misconfiguration, one thing I noticed is that uhost uses /htdocs folder and not /public_html I've experienced problems with other hosters that are using /htdocs. If nothing works I might have to spend more time recreating the forum again which I could have spent on improving it instead. Hope you'd share your knowledge and suggestions to resolve my problem, your help would be greatly appreciated P.S. I'm also trying to import my forum (phpbb) to mybb, I might also need some help with this

Thanks for the help, I managed to recreate my account on Tommy before the registration closed If I add my domain again as an addon domain can I access it directly as "mydomain.com" or do I have to input "mydomain.heliohost.org" or "heliohost.org/mydomain"? Thanks!

Hi, I need help with this, I can't somehow find my addon domain nor access it.I tried adding it again and it shows (XID kg9ru7) The domain “phcrackers.net” already exists in the Apache configuration.Please help me with this.
