Hey there. First of all, thanks for all the hard work, it's very much appreciated! Now I'm a bit confused-- I've logged into cpanel within the last 30 days. In fact, I'm logged into it right now. Yet I've been told my account has been suspended. I've had this site for about a year now and haven't made any recent changes to content, so I don't see how I could be violating ToC. Is there something else I could be doing wrong? www.joelrputnam.com is the site. Thank you!

Hey, several of my friends and clients who use software like peer block report that my site (joelrputnam.com) is inaccessible because it initiates connections with known anti p2p ips like hurricane electric and new media ems. I've tested it and found that helionet itself does the same. Why is this?

So, I've got the domain www.joelrputnam.com, it's been more than 48 hours since I registered, and obviously my password works here since I can post. But I can't login to cpanel on my site. It just says login failed. I've tried doing my username in all lowercase, as suggested in the FAQs but still no dice. Should I just be waiting longer or is there something else I need to do? Thanks, and I'm sorry for asking something that is probably asked every other day. Have a good one...
