hi, I am trying to add on a domain. It seemed to go through once, but then it never shows up in my "Modify Add-on domain" section. And now if I go to my domain, it comes up with a page saying: "HelioHost Account Queued Ahoy! You're seeing this page because HelioHost has not gotten about to installing and configuring your account yet. This process usually takes 24 hours" It has been nearly two days now, should i keep waiting? Or has something gone wrong? I try to re-add the add on domain, and it doesn't allow me, saying it's already been added... domain: jerome26.com account: jerome26 thanks a million.

Hi, I am getting Internal Server errors when I try to open any .php file. Sometimes, files could be downloaded and HTML could be displayed, any PHP failed. Nothing is wrong with my files, even <? phpinfo(); ?> doesn't work., Also, deleting my .htaccess files didn't let the errors go away. Username: jerome26 domain: jerome26.heliohost.org
