  1. Thank you for your replies. I didn't deploy anything lately. Several days ago I got the same problem for several minutes but then it started working so I thought it was a temporary problem. Yesterday again I got this error but this time it's been for hours... How can I check if my WAR is deployed and working? If not, how can I check what happened to it? Thanks
  2. Hi Starting few hours ago, when I try to access my Java at http://stockdiv.heliohost.org/MyHelioServlet/resty... I got 404. I thought it's a temporary problem though the server status seemed ok but now, few hours later, I keep getting 404 for things that worked few days ago. What is the problem and how can I fix it? Thanks!
  3. Thank you all for your explanation but I'm not sure I understood how can I know if my deployment of the new war went through and whether I have the new war or not without trial an err If trial and err is the only option, I will add an API that gives back the version so next time I will know
  4. I updated my current war so the url is already working but without the new functionality I added so if I understand you correctly, I just need to check it until the new functionality is working? Or should I wait for a reply from Krydos to be sure? Again, thank you for the tip
  5. Oh, this is great! I now see Deploying servlet... What am I suppose to see/get when the deployment is done (in few hours)?
  6. Hi, Please deploy my war username: stockdi1 file: MyHelioServlet.war Thanks
  7. Thanks I already gained access to my account. I guess you already answered my question, I didn't login to my account using https://www.heliohost.org/login , I only logged in to cpanel because I thought it was enough. Thanks
  8. Hi I just got an email that my account was inactive and therefore is closed. I already regain access but I was wondering why my account was inactive even though I connected to cpanel using port 2083 as instructed. One thing is that I connected to cpanel when working with phpmyadmin and my session timed out. It forces me to re-login to cpanel again using 2083, maybe this is the case? Please advice Thanks!
  9. Hi I had issues with Tommy as well in the last couple of days (up and down several times during the last several days), now it's ok so I guess it was a temporary problem that is now fixed and I shouldn't worry about it? Thanks
  10. Just making sure I'm not forgotten
  11. Hi, Please deploy my war username: stockdi1 file: MyHelioServlet.war Thanks
  12. Hi, Please deploy my war username: stockdi1 file: MyHelioServlet.war Thanks
  13. Silly me, found the answer: cpanel.<name>.heliohost.org Thanks
  14. Hi I read here http://wiki.helionet.org/How_to_access_cPanel that I can access cpanel using port 80. "To do this, simply navigate to http://cpanel.yourdomain.com/ replacing yourdomain.com with your domain name". I still didn't assign the domain to this hosting, is there a generic url that I can use for both cpanel and later on to call my Java webservice? Thanks!
  15. Hi I waited to register to Tommy (Java), I even woke up at 4am (my time) which is one hour after registration was suppose to open and the registration was already full, which means I need to wait for another 24 hours just to maybe encounter the same problem again. What are my options? it seems that Tommy is the only sever that is relevant to me based on HelioHost recommendation (Java). Thanks.
