I think you didn't get what I mean. I have a recent backup of my site when it was in tommy server. Now after I created ricky account, I uploaded the backup (full backup) to my new ricky account. Now I only can restore partiality. But I read it somewhere that root admins can restore full backups. I want to restore the full backup. That's what I am requesting for. Thanks for your response.

I saw somewhere that updating SSL just overwrite htaccess file and modify existing patterns. So I am just asking that is it possible to make the auto SSL to write new lines in htaccess file not to overwrite it?

Okay, auto SSL messed with my htaccess more than 3 times. That's my problem. If auto SSL add new lines to htaccess file to renewe SSL, that's okay. But instead it picks some lines of my htaccess codes which are for rewrite URL. When my site shows some broken links than I get to realize that my htaccess file was over written.

Okay figured out the why some files are not accessible. Cloudflare is behind all of this. When I disabled cloudflare, every files was accessible. But the one and only problem now exists is auto htaccess rewrites.

I am using cloudflare. I think cloudflare is handling SSL (not sure about that). If cloudflare is handling SSL that disabling Auto SSL wouldn't be a problem. Am I right?

One thing more I forgot that htaccess files are getting modified automatically and ruins my rewrite rules. One of the modification pattern is sonething like ".well-know" or something. This is really annoying.

Hello again. Some of my files are not accessible for some unknown reasons. For instance, all images are accessible from the same directory except 2 or three. I saw this problem almost everywhere in my account. So I just wanted fix this problem by reset my account. there are two questions. 1. Is there any way to find out what's wrong? Is it some misconfig in my site? If yes, what's the way to fix this problem? 2. I know the resetting accounts means deleting and creating the account again. But my problem is I am getting some extra facilities like 2000 mb of disk spaces, more than 50 emails can be send and maybe something else. So I will loose those, wouldn't I? Is there any way to get back those facilities after recreation of the account?

I am noticed that Tommy goes down often and come back in few minutes. Admins can you look for the problem please?

My db class have a __destruct function which is closing database connection.
