I don't know much about hosting and server stuff. I know basis web development with PHP, MySQL, Javascript and CSS. But I have a little knowledge about other stuff around hosting.

So, I wanted to know about nodejs. If you know then please guide me. Here is some questions:

➤ How can I enable nodejs for my account? Do I have to request it?

➤ How to deploy a nodejs files (single executable file or a project IDK)? Can I upload nodejs files via ftp as I do for php?

➤ Does node work like PHP? For instance: process.php => process.js

➤ Is w3schools.com tutorial for nodejs suitable for heliohost?

➤ Is there any complete guide which can give a proper understanding tutorial for nodejs?

 

Note: I want learn nodejs because nowdays it is being so popular. So any help will be appreciated. TIA.

When i run /index.php?cleancache?Mypassword, the zero error still appear even after you say it is solved with multibyte setting is effected. Error message still say mb_strlen() function not enabled. So Krydos please enable this function for me to test.

 

I just run my chk.php from my website, it tell mb_strlen() not enabled. When i compare with my localhost & other hosting site, the chk.php will say function is enabled and there is no error when running the cleancache.

 

So 2 outstanding request for your easy reference

1. Enable mb_strlen() php function

2. increase upload limit to say about 4M from 2M for installing extensions.

I think you should discusse it with admins on discord channel. I got Krydos online and he even enabled zip module instantly when I asked him. So you should give a try on discord.

Good news! Multibyte String functions are now enabled!

You didn't follow my post. If you did, you would've knew that it's not enabled yet till I replied. When my post will mark as [solved] you will get mb_* functions working. So just follow my post through the link.

By the way, It's the default version of PHP on Tommy I guess.

Hello, I've removed the temporary account on Ricky (usernam is "mx") yesterday. Today I got Tommy invitation and created a Tommy account. But the problem is the main domain is showing account queued page. I cleared browser cache and tried to Refresh page. On the other hand, meraj.xyz (parked domain) is working correctly. But main domain merajbd.com isn't working.

I can't thank you enough for the Tommy invitation. You have no Idea how eagerly I am waiting for this. Thanka again.

After Tommy crashed I created a new account on Ricky. The username is mx and used a different email than Tommy's. I am willing to delete the entire Ricky account and get an invitation for creating a new account on Tommy. BTW, I couldn't used the email for creating Ricky account which I used for Tommy. That's why I ended up using different email for Ricky. I can delete the Ricky account by myself but wanted you to know that. So there shouldn't be any trouble in moving process. Now what should I do besides waiting?

If someone gets an invitation, then they will know that they can go back to Tommy now. But how will someone know if they are moved from current server to Tommy? Will they get a email about moving?
