nope. Its not there.

I deleted public html so ther is no ht access.

oOh sorry . I have no clue of htaccess. I know it is there and ive been told to edit it before and i know it can control permissions but that is it. Where do i find .htacces?

I installed phpbb semi successfully without seeing your cgi post. Im getting a 403 forbidden error. Will the cgi fix that? I kinda really screwed myself this time. I was installing the fantastico Soho site software and it said Public_Html was conflicting so I deleted the forum I had previously installed in it. Then I retried soholaunch and same thing. I figured that it meant that it wanted to replace the whole Public_Html so I removed it and retried. Now I get 100x as many errors for my efforts. I really never thought I would be the one to do something so stupid LMAO. Is ther any way I can fix this or does my website have to be reset or something. You are probably never going to see someone do something quite this stupid ever again, so laugh now... Any help?

im just wondering if anyone else is having a hard time. I did see that helioHost has 97% uptime so im thinking it may be just me. i do get the same thing on other computers too. So maybe my area?

I could swear that i remember helionet haveing a much bigger forum and even a shop thing were you could exchange post points for web hosting or a domain. That may be a little off cuz im remembering this from a few years ago but im positive about the domain and shop part.

no. it was but i already hosted it with another provider and i want to copy it to this domain. i changed my mind, but i dont think it asked for my domain in the registration so does it matter?

I pointed the website i have, wol-factions.co.cc to ns1 and ns2.heliohost.org and when i try to login to cpanel it says 'Login Attempt Failed!' My domain is wol-factions.co.cc

u didnt say whether that worked or not... if it didnt then check your htaccess file.

how can i recover my username and password?? i probably used my mail-filter.com email address, so i could have named my email as anything. whatever the email was it should still come in on jpurdy1@mail-filter.com some of my many emails i may have used: g0tp0tpwnage@gmail.com g0tp0t2share@gmail.com -these two were intened as jokes but then i just started using them :\ jpurdy1@gmail.com jpurdy1.label@mail-filter.com - label can be substituted with anything and i will receive the email in my g0tp0tpwnage@gmail.com email address i also use rushpost.com but i REALLY doubt that i used that email. that is my personal one that i dont post around and tell people. it is the one that receives no spam. never. i honestly doubt i used it so it doesnt matter

I really think that HelioNet needs alot more forums. with more specific topics, like websites, games, hobbies, introductions, Flame, Ect. then I, and probably alot more people than just me, would post alot more. I have trouble just finding reason to post, whereas I post a alot at villavu because there are things to actually discuss.
