Please contact your new hosting service for support. but the website is here and u know that well???? any way i solve part of the problem and may be, i will stay here with u for specif one website again kyrods i swear the dash board is horrible slowwwwwwww????

Krydosu know that my nameservers are pointing at godaddy according to the two domains and cloudflare so will also i need to change the nameservers from u to the newhoster? and whatif i want to start over from begning on teh new server so i will upload the work again,like theme wait u?

now i removed word totally and start over here on wedrop--.com so i tried to find it on cpanl and although on ftp filezilla but didn,t find it i only find the subdomains now i need to setup the theme on wedrop--.com// aand again i can,t find the files of that domain on cpanel ?? wait

That's because that's the way you set it up. If you wanted wordpress installed in the root directory you should have chosen the root directory instead of the wp directory when you set up wordpress. well let me say.. 1- on the subdomain //shippingallover.heliohost.org/ which is replaced by,, ----hot.com ,, when u be on dashboard and choose plugin it gives that https://pasteboard.co/H4KcY7C.png 2-- i have been blocked from ftp , for the basic account and also i can,t log in to another domain from ftp with the current or even the another password for the cpanel 3- every time i visit the drop-hot.com i see that, https://pasteboard.co/H4KeIch.png nearly i will be award the [rize of patience for what happened here with me, and i don,t know why u leave the matters to become like that,, ????

i sent ticket support for them to sales team and the strange thing here is ,, domain is opened and go directly and another is opened as,subdomain what if they tell me, it,s your host problem?
