Honestly, I'm not sure. I can tell you that I installed the MySQL ODBC Connector 5.1.8, but besides that I'm not sure what else needs to be done. Have you tried Googling around for what the valid connection string is? If you have and it isn't working, is there any documentation suggesting that I need to do something more than install ODBC and the MySQL ODBC Connector?

I had made a bugfix about the issue where changing a password via cPanel wasn't working and inadvertently caused this issue to occur.

By "not work", do you mean that cPanel still reported that the domain was already configured?

Hey guys, I think I've figured out what's causing this issue, and I've corrected it. Can you guys confirm that signups are now functional?

This sounds just like a generic addon domain issue, to be fixed with fix_corrupt_domain.py. Is there anything particularly special about this occurrence? It is happening permanently for everyone on a particular server?

Sorry, I should've mentioned that it's version 5.1.8 now. So maybe have the DRIVER as {MySQL ODBC 5.1.8 Driver}?

cPanel and our database were out of sync. cPanel though the account was suspended, and it doesn't allow password changes on suspended accounts. I've reset the password (PM'd) and "unsuspended" the account. PS: your nameservers are set somewhere else.

What exactly does this service provide? DNS anycast, a CDN, and prefetching of some sort? I need the technical details.

Guys, I really have no idea how to do this without granting superuser privileges. I've tried everything in the other threads that has been suggested. Find me a command to run or a how-to guide and I'll take a look, but until then I don't know what to do.

I can't find either domain in the account database. Do you mean decoded.heliohost.org?

If any of the admins are up for combining byron's code into renew.php that would be great. Make sure it still works for manual visits, though!
