    Still uncertain
  2. Well I did the memory check, but everything was okay after around 1.5 passes. Looks like it's not a memory issue.

    Okay, done with everything.

Looks like no memory errors on Stevie after around 1.5 passes...

Hey guys, In a couple minutes I'll be beginning a memory test on Stevie to try to get to the bottom of the recent slowness. Should take about an hour. Hopefully we'll figure something out! Thanks, djbob UPDATE Oh, also all of HelioHost will be down for about 15 minutes so I can check Charlie's power usage.
  6. Honestly, I'm not sure what's going on now. My guess is that your account is corrupted in some way. Would you be okay with us deleting this account and you registering a new one?
  7. Sorry, but it looks like cPanel doesn't support SNI at this time...
  8. You guys can suspend them yourselves after checking the URL. If it's a formal DMCA takedown request please escalate it to me; we need to take appropriate action on those to protect ourselves under OCILLA.
  9. Thanks for letting us know. The account in question is now suspended.
  10. black star, could you try switching permissions to mirror the ones we have?
  11. Caches are helpful with lots of repetitive data access, but on big shared hosts that usually isn't a common scenario. Even if it was, cPanel doesn't seem to offer APC. On the other hand, intl is supported. I'll keep that one in mind for next time I recompile Apache.
  12. Wow... somebody registered the account "ns1.heliohost.org" and cPanel didn't catch that. That's the cause of that issue. Ugh... Should be okay within 24 hours.
  13. Is this a file that you've created? If so, what is its path? If not, how did you install it?
  14. Sorry about this issue! Should be corrected now. See this thread: http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?sh...15&start=15 Closing, please continue discussion on that thread...
  15. What sort of permissions could he have changed?
  16. As far as I can tell, it isn't that user's fault. cPanel put some httpd.conf directives out of order, and so the first VirtualHost (that user's) started loading for everyone. At this point everything looks to be working... Piotr: 64.62.211.131 is not (nor has it ever been) ns1.heliohost.org. 131 maps to Johnny, whereas 132-134 map to Cody (132 is Cody, 133 is ns1, and 134 is ns2). You're right in saying that 132-134 are all mapping to the same nameserver, but 131 doesn't (nor should it) map to a nameserver. You can do reverse DNS queries (dig -x) on any of these IPs to confirm.
  17. My cPanel is loading fine right now. Is yours still having these issues?
  18. It's in the database now! It looks like the corruption script picked it up. Unfortunately, the corruption script has no way to differentiate between a suspended and inactive account... computerman: Have you not signed up for 30 days?
  19. I'm currently in Oregon, on my way down to California where the datacenter is.
  20. Interesting! Our database listed your domain as ordemdadesordem.com, but cPanel had it as ordemdadesordem.co (notice the TLD distinction). Did you at any point switch between the two domains? Anyways, I've corrected the issue. Everything should be working within 24 hours.
