  1. Okay, closing...
  2. We wouldn't be able to enable it because there needs to be a check mark for it in cPanel's grant privileges dialog.
  3. You can go ahead and try that if you'd like.
  4. info.heliohost.org looks fine. Give it 24 hours?
  5. Does this thread help? How about this one? It looks like this issue just results from general problems with your code and doesn't have a generic solution. EDIT: Never mind... looks like we have a problem. Even basic test sites are failing.
  6. Hmm, somehow four Roundcube processes managed to rack up a total of 40 hours of CPU time (that's a huge amount... CPU time is not the same as real time). Hopefully now that I killed those processes Stevie will be running faster...
  7. Looks like it should be okay now?
  8. Yeah, this was due to the power disruption. Stevie and Johnny should both be back up now...
  9. The problem was that there was a stale record for harish.heliohost.org in Stevie's named.conf file. Glad the problem got solved!
  10. I am aware of how cphulkd works. Are you still locked out of your account? If so, would you like to get access again?
  11. If you guys would like, we can move the load.php files to the area5x accounts. Let me know when it's done and I'll update the URLs in the HN ACP.
  12. I did some research, and all I know is that cPanel doesn't support it. I couldn't find a rationale, but I imagine it is security-related and could possible have something to do with what Geoff linked to. Sorry, but we can't offer ALTER PROCEDURE support at this point
  13. Geoff: Sure, but the bigger issue is that I'm unable to install oauth as root. flexx: I really can't do much from here, as I am unable to install the package. I would recommend contacting the support for oauth, notifying them of the issue, and seeing if they have a solution.

    Power disruption

Sorry for the couple hours of downtime, guys. Apparently there was a power fluctuation at the datacenter. Stevie and Johnny have some ext2 partitions (for efficiency's sake), so they're still running fsck to check and correct disk corruption. Here's the email I got from the parent provider: Johnny should be up shortly, but Stevie will take a while. He will probably be up sometime tonight.
  15. Apache's error_log reports "exit signal Segmentation fault (11)"... Is it working now?
  16. Is it working now?
  17. Geoff: This sometimes happens if you run the script around the same time a bihourly script is adding accounts. They both need a lock on the Apache config file, so addservlets2 breaks. You should try again in around ten minutes if this happens again in the future. Golden Chang II: You should have Java access within 24 hours.
  18. Thanks for asking! You can go ahead and install any Python Eggs, Perl modules, Ruby Gems, or PHP PECL/PEAR modules that you want.
  19. Are you still unable to login?
  20. Okay, I'm running /scripts/fixquotas right now. Hopefully that will solve the issue, if only at the cost of a serious amount of server load.
  21. Okay, can you try again now?
  22. I spent some time trying to get it to work, but I'm getting the same error as this person is getting: http://serverfault.com/questions/151429/er...-oauth-via-pecl What's weird is that we do have pcre-devel installed, but it's version 7.7... which is newer than the 6.6 version CentOS seems to come with.
  23. Remind me in a month and I'll see if I can find some folks to do it. I'm a little swamped with work right now
