Re-opening this thread. opportunity is an asshole. But Piotr is right. We are dishonest and sound too much like marketers with our home page. I blame my 16-year-old (or however old I was) self for that. We should be honest. With HelioHost, you are getting free hosting. But you are losing out on stability, uptime, and support will be slower. We try our best to keep up but we aren't perfect. Until somebody comes along and gives us a grant to work on HelioHost full-time, our service will never be scalable enough to deal with the amount of users we have. We will never be able to offer everything we'd like to offer as part of our service. We shouldn't be advertising as if we're perfect. Especially considering that we are a non-profit. It's not like we have anything to gain by tricking people.
