It's 500MB per account, so 500MB on your Stevie account and 500MB on your Johnny account.

Each account gets a total of 500MB to share across all domains. We have found that amount to be suitable for most websites. Sites that host videos, images, or other large files are encouraged to utilize free services such as Dropbox or YouTube. Also, just as a reminder, users are only allowed to have one account. It is possible to have one account per server (for example, your primary site on Stevie, and experimental projects using Ruby on Rails, Java, or ASP on Johnny). However, you must post in Customer Service requesting permission for dual-account priviledges stating your reason for two accounts.
