I use Firebug (http://getfirebug.com/) to edit my wordpress site. If you use it right you can change css and html in browser and copy and paste those changes into the appropriate file. I think it also tells you what file to edit.... that might help you with your problem.1 point

I found a huge list of free domains at http://getfreedomain.name/. I'll work through that list some time soon. Conclusion: there are way too many free domain providers.1 point
