Dns Entry Already Exists (Please Delete)

Hi,

I created an account on the Johnny server, with the domain okelapak.com

Later I decided to delete this account, and created a new one on the Stevie Server.

But I got this mail :

 

Dear tira,

Your hosting account at HelioHost has encountered an error during installation. The error is:

Sorry, a DNS entry for okelapak.com already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the dns cluster)

Please visit http://www.heliohost.org/scripts/signup.php and try to signup again.

You're the same person as tirasenna with a second forum account, and based on post history, are also trying/have tried in the past to create 2 hosting accounts (tira and okelapak) which is against our terms of service. We only allow one account per person. Creating 2 accounts will result in both being suspended.

 

Both domains can be hosted on a single account though. Once the DNS issue is fixed, please create one account, then add your second domain in cPanel as an addon domain.

 

@Byron or @Krydos: The DNS entries that need to be removed are for tirasenna.com and okelapak.com.
