[SOLVED] Whats actually allowed on heliohost

i am wondering whats actually allowed out of these obviously WAREZ and PORN isnt but what about

 

1. discussion about console mods like game mods and things like that

2. discussion about console hacks to allow games consoles to run unsigned code like the ps3 jailbreak etc. not like hacking in to sites etc.

3. links to the above 2 things

 

 

thats about it to be honest as my site is just about all sorts and i am wondering if the above is allowed or not as it is legal according to many laws in many countries

If it is legal, you can host it. See http://www.heliohost.org/h-terms.html for more information. Jailbreaking is legal in the united states so that is not a problem. The things you described seem fine to me.
