ns2.heliohost.org not resolving properly

[xstaci]

I am unable to resolve my subdomain... and it seems that ns2.heliohost.org not responding properly is why...

When I try to resolve my subdomain from multiple ISP/DNS providers I am not getting proper results since ns2 does not have my subdomain.

 

Below are dig results to both ns1 and ns2...

 

If i setup my hosts file to the IP supplied by ns1 then my site works... but I shouldn't have to force the ip

What is your domain, username, and server?

 

NS2 is hosted on Cody which is sometimes unstable. This may have to do with the problem. NS1 is hosted on the more stable Stevie.
