techbreeze.in Posted July 15, 2011 Posted July 15, 2011 hi, I am having a frustrating problem when i try to upload my files using my FTP client. My FTP client isn't any that you guys have listed but it used to work fine with other hosting services. Now onto the problem, i configured the FTP correctly and monitored the connection log, the problem i get is, an invalid username or password. Now when i check the log i find that your servers accepted the username and its echoes a reply "ok" and ask for the password, now the log shows that password my FTP client is showing is the same as i actually have but even then i get the error msg that its an invalid username and password The frustrating thing is i can login my cPanel using the same username and password upload files using the legacy File manager or the online file manager but when i use the FTP client it just doesnt allow me access.
