cl58 Posted July 13, 2011 Share Posted July 13, 2011 There is no file that prevents your account from being deleted. You must log into your cPanel at least once a month to maintain an active status. For your files to be viewable on the internet, they do have to be in public_html, but this has nothing to do with your account remaining active.
