-m64- Posted June 29, 2011 Posted June 29, 2011 Hi, I received an email dated june 26th stating "Dear m64, Your hosting account at HelioHost has been suspended as a result of account inactivity". I followed the renewal link, all seemed well, but I could not login. Then I tried password reset, got an email with confirmation code, but then wen I entered that code: "We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive. Please contact an administrator if you feel this message is in error." I still could not login. Then I tried to recreate the account, but the username and domain name were already taken (by me, of course, previously). Then I tried to view the associated webpage and got "HelioHost Account Suspended". Now when I follow the renewal link or password reset I just get "We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive. Please contact an administrator if you feel this message is in error." So the account is still there but I am locked out and can neither login into nor renew nor recreate it. Please help me reactivate my account! Regards, m64.
cl58 Posted June 29, 2011 Posted June 29, 2011 I just reactivated your account. It is loading fine for me. If you still see a suspended page, clear your cache.
