techkul Posted May 19, 2011 Author Posted May 19, 2011 are there no admins to answer my question???????????????????????
Guest Geoff Posted May 19, 2011 Posted May 19, 2011 @techkul Please wait 24 hours. @DragonDesign Sorry, but I'm not on HelioNet 24/7. If you would like to pay me money to sit here and answer questions all day, then I will be on HelioNet 24/7, otherwise I have better things to do.
cl58 Posted May 19, 2011 Posted May 19, 2011 First of all, we are all volunteers with other things to do so you will just have to be patient. As for your question, your account was successfully created, but it could take 24-48 hours for it to become active. In addition, it takes approximately the same amount of time for your DNS records to change. After that time, if you still have a problem, post back here. Edit: @Geoff: you beat me to it!

jje Posted May 20, 2011 Posted May 20, 2011 Read the wiki: http://wiki.helionet.org/wiki/Moving_your_account
Guest Geoff Posted May 20, 2011 Posted May 20, 2011 You can use this script to tell you when to sign up.
jje Posted May 21, 2011 Posted May 21, 2011 @Geoff - Hey, that might be a neat script to add to the HelioHost.org script section
Guest Geoff Posted May 21, 2011 Posted May 21, 2011 Well, it's byron's script; it doesn't actually do anything, it just displays some information.
jje Posted May 21, 2011 Posted May 21, 2011 Still a good script though. I'll add it when I have time.
