Suspended Account..

Hey, got a weird issue... My site is coming up with Account Suspended. I tried using the reactivation script, but it's still doing the Account Suspended error. Could someone look into this? Username is wdebsoc, web address is www.wdebsoc.co.cc.

After running the reactivate script, it could take 24-48 hours for your account to become active again. After that time if you still have issues, feel free to post again here saying so.

Ok your site should be working now. If you still see the suspended page, refresh your cache.

 

@cl58tools: His account had to be manually unsuspended. Sometimes after they run the deactivation script it still shows the suspended page and you have to go to the ACP and manually unsuspend it. Anytime you use the deactivation script, the account should come active right away.

@cl58tools - Following on from what byron said, you have to 'Unsuspend' the account even if it is active. If that doesn't solve the problem then you have to 'Suspend' then 'Unsuspend' the account.

Yes, the reactivate script should be effective immediately; however browsers may cache the redirect.
