Computers with water coolers?

Why do some computers have water coolers? Aree the computers so powerful that without the cooler it would become extremely hot?

liquid cooling is just more efficient. I currently have four fans and heatsinks up the yin yang in my box and it still overheats sometimes in the summer.

well they could really use a few water coolers in the xbox 360 , it gets heated easily

There are computer cases with water going on the sides and water cooling inside is also available.

Overheading causes computer slowdowns, crashes, even CPU burn.

So mankind is still looking for best solutions. Water fan is on of them.
