helloworld12 Posted May 17, 2011 Posted May 17, 2011 I looked on my site "www.studioplatinum.co.cc" and it said my account was queued. I waited 48 hours and it my site to return to normal and it never did. I signed up to heliohost last july and this never happened before. I could not log in into cpanel and I tried one of the "status" scripts on the site and it returned that my username did not exist. my username is studioad I also looked up on the FAQ and the Wiki and it did'nt solve the problem. I also checked by domain and no account exists with the one you listed as a primary domain. Is there another domain or username that may have been used?
