But I forgot my cpanel password, and not sure if my cpanel user name is hplife or hplife.net. I tried to click reset password on both hplife and hplife.net. The messages came back said passwords were reset and an email was send to me. But I did not receive any email. What email address it send to? I have my email, hong_zhu@yahoo.com, on my support account (My account on HeiloNet.org is hplife). Please let me know my cpanel usernam and help me to get the password reset email. Thank you for replying so quick. No, that is wrong email address. I guess I missed "g" when I enter the email. The correct email address is hong_zhu@yahoo.com which is the same one in my Helionet.org account. Is there a way to correct the email address on file or you can help me on another way?
