Hi Guys,

 

Can anyone tell me if its possible and if it is how or who i need to talk to to chnge my MX record.

 

I have a domain name registered that i have parked and changed the Names Servers as requiered but now when ever i try to send a mail to my mail account (on my own exchange box) i keep getting told that my user dosen't exsist.

 

Any help would be fantastic as I struggling at the moment as this ail account is my primary way of reaching my clients.

To change your MX records, sign into cPanel (at the bottom of http://www.heliohost.org/home/). In your cPanel, under the mail section (if the section is hidden, press the black down arrow on the right side of the header). Click the MX entry option. That will take you to a page to edit the MX Records.
