FTP connection error

The reason I posted that was because I guessed FTP would be down due to the Stevie problem, so he wouldn't be able to connect.

I recieved your PM and was able to login to your account via ftp this morning before Stevie went down. I'm guessing your problem might be your ftp client. As soon as Stevie comes back up try logging in through this:

 

http://byrondallas.heliohost.org/tools/ftp/

 

 

My ftp client was ok before the issue and I didn't change any settings. When I saw the problem, I verified it with 2 ftp clients from 3 different ISP and all fail to connect via ftp.

I hope that all will be ok after stevie returns

Stevie is up, my site is up, my FTP isn't

I can connect to other hosting via ftp, but not this.

I can connect into cPanel, but not via ftp. The same error. Can you check please.

pass: ****************

and I could use this ftp till now.

You should be able to ftp into your account using this without any problems:

 

ftp.latestnewsheadline.com

 

or for all accounts on Stevie

 

stevie.heliohost.org

 

without the ftp prefix.
