I'm guessing your problem might be your ftp client. As soon as Stevie comes back up try logging in through this: http://byrondallas.heliohost.org/tools/ftp/ My ftp client was ok before the issue and I didn't change any settings. When I saw the problem, I verified it with 2 ftp clients from 3 different ISP and all fail to connect via ftp. I hope that all will be ok after stevie returns Your welcome! Stevie is up, my site is up, my FTP isn't I can connect to other hosting via ftp, but not this. I can connect into cPanel, but not via ftp. The same error. Can you check please. Thanks. I used host: ftp.heliohost.org user: latestn pass: **************** and I could use this ftp till now. Can you tell me please, what url should I use?
