The site is latestnewsheadline.com and the error is below.

I didn't make any changes related to user and password.

After received this error I created an other ftp account but I received the same error.

Response: 331 User ***** OK. Password required

Command: PASS *******

Response: 530 Login authentication failed

Error: Critical error

Error: Could not connect to server

Thanks in advance!

P.S. I want to mention: I can connect in CPanel from webpage with the same credentials.

Login to your cpanel and change your password. Then go back and see if you can login via ftp with your new password.

His issue has nothing to do with the issue above.

@latestnewsheadline

I recieved your PM and was able to login to your account via ftp this morning before Stevie went down. I'm guessing your problem might be your ftp client. As soon as Stevie comes back up try logging in through this:

The reason I posted that was because I guessed FTP would be down due to the Stevie problem, so he wouldn't be able to connect.
