Hello, I have recieved an e-mail saying I have a week to renew my account or it will be deleted. I follwed the link that was given to me in the e-mail, but I just received an error.

 

The e-mail told me I have a week left. Right now, that was 3 days ago, so now I only have 4 days left!

Have you read the Support FAQ? What's your username? Domain name? Please provide these details upfront or we can't help you.

Your account is already 'Active' in the database and your last login date was today, so there is nothing to worry about. ;)

Yup - I compared your HelioNet username with the database and it showed that your actual username is exactly the same. :D
