How do I change the default server admin's email?

I've noticed that whenever I am directed to an 'error' page (such as 404 errors, 500 errors, etc), or when I am examining various environment variables while scripting, that the server admin for my site seems to be 'webmaster@multiscale.co.cc'.

 

Is there a way to change that email address? I've looked through cPanel several times, and haven't found anything that appears to change it.

Why not use Custom Error pages with htaccess?

In cPanel, click Error Pages near the bottom to configure them easily.
