When I visit my site, it shows Account Suspended. And when I try to renew it, it says

 

"We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive. Please contact an administrator if you feel this message is in error.".

By the way, I can login to cPanelX successfully.

I am still having the exact same problem, after waiting for 24 hours. Did I miss anything important? What do you mean by "clear cache"? Thank you.
