Account Suspended/Inactive

I just got an e-mail that my account is inactive and needs to be renewed. I clicked the link in the email to take me to the renew page and I got the following error:

 

We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive. Please contact an administrator if you feel this message is in error.

 

My username is cl58tool and the URL is http://www.heliohost.org/scripts/renew.php?username=cl58tool
