Deathmax Posted February 27, 2011 Posted February 27, 2011 Can't seem to access the site, even though pinging it still works. Also noticed the server load images from Byron are also dead. http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/deathmax.co.cc http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/byr...s.heliohost.org C:\Users\Deathmax>ping 65.19.141.68 Pinging 65.19.141.68 with 32 bytes of data: Reply from 65.19.141.68: bytes=32 time=234ms TTL=57 Reply from 65.19.141.68: bytes=32 time=218ms TTL=57 Reply from 65.19.141.68: bytes=32 time=220ms TTL=57 Reply from 65.19.141.68: bytes=32 time=240ms TTL=57 Ping statistics for 65.19.141.68: Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss), Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds: Minimum = 218ms, Maximum = 240ms, Average = 228ms C:\Users\Deathmax>ping deathmax.co.cc Pinging deathmax.co.cc [65.19.141.68] with 32 bytes of data: Reply from 65.19.141.68: bytes=32 time=242ms TTL=57 Reply from 65.19.141.68: bytes=32 time=242ms TTL=57 Reply from 65.19.141.68: bytes=32 time=238ms TTL=57 Reply from 65.19.141.68: bytes=32 time=244ms TTL=57 Ping statistics for 65.19.141.68: Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss), Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds: Minimum = 238ms, Maximum = 244ms, Average = 241ms EDIT : Just saw the server status on the Heliohost front page. FTP still works though? EDIT : Every domain is now pointing at the queued page?
jje Posted February 27, 2011 Posted February 27, 2011 Yeah - Stevie's malfunctioned, so most services have stopped working. This will hopefully be fixed within 24 hours.
moonscapex Posted February 27, 2011 Posted February 27, 2011 Same is happening to me. Can't log in to cPanel either. I'm sure they'll have a fix soon. Is there a way to change the Account Queued text to make it more clear to my sites users?
Guest Geoff Posted February 27, 2011 Posted February 27, 2011 Strange... I can login to cpanel just fine. Is there a way to change the Account Queued text to make it more clear to my sites users? No, the Account Queued page is supposed to show that because it is displayed when someone's account is queued.
