Server change

I searched forum but couldn't find any topic exactly mathing for "server change", so decided to ask.

I've realized that there is so much unfair resource balance among these servers...while 3 servers are almost with 0 CPU load, Steive, the oldest one is with 34%. Can we change the server? Or could you balance it. I've registered my account but Steive..and I'am suprised that why the registration process doesn't conrtol this issue and do not make new registrations on other servers...

Charlie (Cody + Johnny) is our brand new server which we hope to open signups to in the future.

 

However, Charlie hasn't even been configured yet, and he isn't prepared for hosting websites yet.
