GaryM Posted February 26, 2011 Posted February 26, 2011 I think my account has been deactivated (not for any reason other than failure to log in.) I never got an email warning at my registered external email: gary52atlanta@**************** Typing URL into web browser shows "address not found" message. Tried logging into cpanel from heliohost home page...no success. I tried using your suggestion of the automated reactivation page, but it didn't work, either. Please assist me in restoring my account. URL: writeangle.heliohost.org username: garym Thank you in advance for your help! P.S. will my account stay on Stevie or will it be moved to the new server? Guest Geoff Posted February 26, 2011 Posted February 26, 2011 Your account has been permenantly deleted. This was due to a recent purging of old, inactive accounts. We don't have your files anymore, and there is no way to get them back. However, you are welcome to create a new account. Quote

One follow-up question: When I create a new account, can I specify which server I want to create it on? Quote
Wizard Posted February 26, 2011 Posted February 26, 2011 Not yet, as a far as I know, the second server is still being configured for hosting. Quote
jje Posted February 26, 2011 Posted February 26, 2011 At the moment, we have no intention of moving websites from Stevie to Charlie. We are simply planning to open signups for Charlie. Purging of accounts can put lots of pressure on Stevie, which can cause 500 errors. Hopefully when all the inactive sites have been terminated, Charlie will be ready to go online. Quote
