Request for help: account suspended due to inactivity

Hi Admin,

 

My account (falkarch) has been suspended due to inactivity as i was busy serving NS and only realised it when i wanted to make some amendments to the website.

 

Is there any way i can re-activate the account?

If your website isn't working and the renew script doesn't working, I'm afraid your account is already deleted. Please create a new one. However, we currently have a backlog of accounts, which may mean that it will take longer than usual for your account to be activated.

 

Please remember to login to a .php file on cPanel every 30 days to keep your account active.

can i request for an admin to delete my hosting acc so that i can recreate another acc? As ebiz.com.sg still shows it is hosted by helio but the account cant be logged in anymore..

That domain is registered by another user, xanxus. Your account has been deleted, but we're going to need some kind of confirmation that you own that domain before we can delete the account xanxus.

User xanxus is my account, the only form of identification i can think of now is the email i recieved to inform me of my successful registration, is that good enough?

 

if so can i have an email address which i can forward to you to take a look?

So sorry for the confusion,i did not realise it. my forum user is falkarch whereas my hosting account username was xanxus.
