mrscottm
Hi all, this is my first time posting on the forums. I've had this heliohost account for a couple months now, user: mrscottm domain:drtux.net and I have been trying to get Web Disk to work with nautilus running Ubuntu without success. I put https://drtux.net:2078/ in the nautilus location bar but I receive the error in a dialog box: 'Could not display "https://drtux.net:2078". Error: HTTP Error: Cannot connect to destination. Please select another viewer and try again.' I have forwarded ports 2077 and 2078 but I still get the same message. Is there anything else I can do to try and get this working or should I just use ftp?

Byron
Web Disk went down a few weeks back and since nobody has complained until now we just didn't bother with it. Escalating to djbob.

Ashoat
I've submitted a support request to cPanel in regards to this issue, as I am unable to resolve it myself.
