momce Posted December 14, 2010 Posted December 14, 2010 Hi, Here is the information about my account: Username: vaillant Domain: vaillantariza.heliohost.org My hosting account at HelioHost has been suspended as a result of account inactivity. And when i try to reactivate it, comes a message such as; "We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive. Please contact an administrator if you feel this message is in error." Can you reactivate it? Thanks for care.
momce Posted December 14, 2010 Author Posted December 14, 2010 Looks like it's active. Now it looks as active, but i can't see the content of my site. There is an index list of folders and files. What must i do?
Wizard Posted December 14, 2010 Posted December 14, 2010 @momce: did you mess with .htaccess? This support request is being escalated to our root admin. @djbob: asp.net isn't working?
momce Posted December 14, 2010 Author Posted December 14, 2010 I don't think there is a mess with htaccess. before deactivating, site was working clearly. all the problems have appeared after deactivating. now i can't see any problem with the code of default.aspx and i think heliohost still supports asp.net, so what is the problem, i can't understand :[ now i tried to see the site by shared ip and got this message: "Ahoy! You're seeing this page because HelioHost has not gotten about to installing and configuring your account yet. This process usually takes 24 hours, and once it is complete your website should show up properly. While the account is being created we suggest taking a look at your control panel. Thanks for choosing HelioHost! We wish you good luck with your website. Sincerely, The HelioHost Staff" is it ok then? after 24 hours will everything be ok?
Byron Posted December 14, 2010 Posted December 14, 2010 ASP.NET isn't working and that's why your seeing the index of your site. ASP.NET probably won't be working again until after the 1st of the year.
DemonKnightz Posted December 19, 2010 Posted December 19, 2010 Sorry, i'll do that from now on then. I know I had an account though. I had a site up and going and even a forum attached to it. So if nothing can be found should I just sign up for a new account? Upon looking into my old folders a bit more, I think Marbas may have been my username. =S
Guest Geoff Posted December 19, 2010 Posted December 19, 2010 Just create a new account using the registration page.
DemonKnightz Posted December 20, 2010 Posted December 20, 2010 Arg! It won't let me create a new account because I tried using a password with charactures in it and now i'm over my "daily signup limit". Can my old account be found with the username Marbas or do I have to wait till tomorrow now?
Wizard Posted December 20, 2010 Posted December 20, 2010 The daily signup limit has nothing to do with you. You'll have to make a new account tomorrow.
DemonKnightz Posted December 20, 2010 Posted December 20, 2010 That's really frustrating. I wish I'd not let my account become inactive. But I guess there's nothing else that can be done. Thanks anyway guys.
DemonKnightz Posted December 20, 2010 Posted December 20, 2010 Ok, so I tried to create a new account again this morning, but i've now got to wait for a catch up on overdue signups. Can someone please just try and find my old account under the username Marbas and reactivate it? P.S. I've tried the renew script already.
Guest Geoff Posted December 21, 2010 Posted December 21, 2010 Sorry, if your account has been deleted, it has been deleted. Big servers like stevie don't have any recycle bins, like you do on your home computer.
