Ashoat Posted March 6, 2005 Posted March 6, 2005 100% tahts is teh roxxors (translation: that is good)
myscrnnm Posted March 6, 2005 Posted March 6, 2005 well it's only been up for 2 hours or so I thought so. Cuz previously, I think the server has been down a lot, cuz I couldn't access the site like more than 50% of the time.
GameClaw_268 Posted March 6, 2005 Posted March 6, 2005 This is a new server, and when you made your post it had been over a day
myscrnnm Posted March 6, 2005 Posted March 6, 2005 This is a new server, and when you made your post it had been over a day I hasn't been over a day yet.
GameClaw_268 Posted March 6, 2005 Posted March 6, 2005 Then how come its the 6th and he said the 2 hours thing on the 5th?
Ashoat Posted March 6, 2005 Posted March 6, 2005 it has been over a day. like two days. this server won go down nearly as much, since its PAID hosting. thats much more reliable considering i PAID for it not saying HelioHost isnt reliable. actually, the fact that you have to post makes it more reliable, cuz less spammerts on teh servers, etc.
lappy512 Posted March 7, 2005 Author Posted March 7, 2005 that's kinda bad uptime, what 77%? that means 1 whole week in a month this site will be down.
lappy512 Posted March 7, 2005 Author Posted March 7, 2005 yes, not just $3 for like 3GB and 30 GB bandwidth, with overselling enabled (you can sell as much as you want, as long as you don't use 3GB or 30GB band) like, bluehost is a good server. Same with Ipowerweb. Or lunarpages.
myscrnnm Posted March 7, 2005 Posted March 7, 2005 Three dollars?! That is a pretty good deal. I would use it, but only if it's reliable. The thing I always put as a first priority is reliability.
lappy512 Posted March 7, 2005 Author Posted March 7, 2005 $3 is like a deal that is too good to be true. Which is not good, you want to look for $5-7 for 1-2 GB, which is NOT reseller. Reseller (which is what hosts use) are much more expensive.
