Dedicated IP showing Hosting Account Queued, but domain name working fine

Hey,

You have given me a dedicated ip to use.

So I opened my site using my ip address. It says "Hosting Account Queued".

But when I open my site using my domain name it is working fine.

Can you tell me why it is showing two different pages?

My ip address: http://65.19.141.75

My domain name: http://www.waveofweb.com
