web-server down all day

All day I can't open http://progalegko.ru which hosted on helionet server stevie.heliohost.org.

Please fix this problem and prevent back it again.

About half-day my server did't answer to me and I have get "Host not found. ".

Please help me. Before asking help I try to check using proxies, they didn't see my site too.

C-Panel work fine.
