Recover Username

To whom it may concern,

 

My uncle's website: www.visaors.com which is also registered with HeliHost is about to expire and my uncle Cannot access his website following "www.visaors.com/cpanel". What is happening?

 

He tried to login through HeliHost website but he says he forgot his username, although he knows his password. He thought his username was his domain name "visaors".

I looked at the google cache for that site:

And there was not much there.

 

However, after you get his username back you can go to this page:

 

http://www.heliohost.org/scripts/renew.php

You can register another heliohost account and either use visaors.com as your main domain or add it as a parked/addon domain.
