can't log in to CP or access website

Please help. I can't log in to my control panel, or access my website. I thought it might be my password, so I tried resetting it but I'm not receiving an email with a confirmation code. I don't know what's going on. Sorry, for posting this twice, but I wasn't sure if my first post was on the right forum. Thanks.

My registration date was: May 22, 2010

 

Original Domain: DVDORGANIZERSOFTWARE.com

then, later changed to discgolfnanaimo.com

Did you fail to login to your cpanel every 30 days? Failure to login every 30 days will result in your site being deleted. Go ahead and create a new account if you like.

I was out of the province from where I live for over a month with no internet, so it was probably more than 30 days. So, is it that my account has been completely deleted? I created quite a big database and store, is there anyway to recover my files/database?
