how to host an asp.net site?

I don't know how to set my asp.net site (use sql2008 previously) in the cPanel. I have uploaded my website files to public_html by FTP, so what's the next? My domain is www.veabay.com , why it appears root page instead of index page? Anyone can help me? :blink:
