Whenever I try and log into my site's FTP, it doesn't work, it just says this:

Status: Connecting to 65.19.143.2:21...

Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...

Response: 220---------- Welcome to Pure-FTPd [privsep] [TLS] ----------

Response: 220-You are user number 24 of 50 allowed.

Response: 220-Local time is now 11:02. Server port: 21.

Response: 220-This is a private system - No anonymous login

Response: 220-IPv6 connections are also welcome on this server.

Response: 220 You will be disconnected after 15 minutes of inactivity.

Command: USER [username]

Response: 331 User [username] OK. Password required

Command: PASS [password]

Response: 421 Home directory not available - aborting

Error: Could not connect to server

Why is this happening, and is there any way to fix it? I need to use the FTP, and I can't because this is happening.

I just FTP'd into my site without any problems. Have you been ftping into your heliohost site this way in the past without any problems?

I only just set up my account, but I think I logged into FTP fine the first time, then I remember deleting some files that were there before, and now it doesn't work.

If it's still not working, then try deleting your account and creating it again. Let me know if that doesn't work.

How do I delete my account and create it again?

One of the administrators will have to delete it. Are you ready for me to delete it now?

lol, I didn't even think about that. I didn't know we could delete our main FTP account but I just checked and your right. :)

Yeah Jeorge535, just look for FTP Accounts at your cPanel.
