curelocations Posted August 2, 2010 Posted August 2, 2010 Hi. I'm having issues with my heliohost account for a week now. I have a few addon domains and non of them is loading. Also for most of the time I can't log in to the control panel. Is this a problem related to a downtime you had a few days ago? Thanks
Byron Posted August 2, 2010 Posted August 2, 2010 More than likely that was the problem. If your still having problems with your addon domaian then post your issues here: http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?showtopic=5553

If your still having problems with your addon domaian then post your issues here: http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?showtopic=5553 Sorry I was not clear in my first post. All my domains including addons are down. I posted in the thread you gave me a link, but it seems like all DNS entries to my domains (main and addons) are not right. I use OpenDNS and have only a page saying "Hmm, www.customlabs.co.uk isn't loading right now" when I try to connect to any of my websites. Thanks anyway.
Byron Posted August 3, 2010 Posted August 3, 2010 Is this your default (main) domain with us? guitaraid.co.uk If it is, I'm no seeing it in our database.

I got a reminder by email once in a past to log in there, but I remember I was logging in some time in a first week of July (about 5th or something) as I was going away to over two weeks and wanted to avoid account suspension. Could you please check it for me if the account is really deleted?
Byron Posted August 4, 2010 Posted August 4, 2010 I've checked by username and domain name and it's just not there. I see that your domain is pointing to another server so hopefully you can recreate your account from that site. I wish I could be more helpful but I can't.

Byron Posted August 4, 2010 Posted August 4, 2010 Glad to hear you have a backup. We urge everybody to keep a backup but so few do.
curelocations Posted August 4, 2010 Author Posted August 4, 2010 Glad to hear you have a backup. We urge everybody to keep a backup but so few do. Never restored a backup. Shall I just restore the most recent full backup? Will this restore my addon domains, email configurations, etc. as well? Thanks
Byron Posted August 4, 2010 Posted August 4, 2010 Never restored a backup. Shall I just restore the most recent full backup? Will this restore my addon domains, email configurations, etc. as well? Thanks It should but since I've never restored a Full cPanel Backup before I can't say for sure. There's one sure way to find out. And yes I would use the most recent one.
