[Krydos] FTP login successful but can't see anything

When I log in with FileZilla to tommy.heliohost.org:1373, it opens "/" folder and all I see is a folder called "robev". When I try opening it, it says permission denied and failed to retrieve directory listing.

What am I doing wrong?

I see that your account was recently reset. This is a known issue with accounts that get reset, Krydos would need to fix the issue for you. In the meantime you can use the Plesk file manager to upload and download files.
