Shocky Posted June 16, 2010 Share Posted June 16, 2010 I'm a relatively new user of the HelioHost services and joined only after getting brilliant reviews from a couple of friends and basically every other hosting forum. However, after setting up my website, I almost immediately started running into problems. Initially there were major downtimes which wasn't such a big problem because you managed to get that sorted out soon enough. Now I haven't been able to logon to my cpanel for awhile and apparently my categories and tags have vanished from the wordpress blog that I have put up on HelioHost. Shocky Posted June 17, 2010 Author Share Posted June 17, 2010 Looks like the problem solved itself. Almost 24hrs later, the tags and categories have re-appeared.
