Looks like the problem solved itself. Almost 24hrs later, the tags and categories have re-appeared. I still can't figure out what really happened but the site seems to be working fine now. Thanx anyway.

I'm a relatively new user of the HelioHost services and joined only after getting brilliant reviews from a couple of friends and basically every other hosting forum. However, after setting up my website, I almost immediately started running into problems. Initially there were major downtimes which wasn't such a big problem because you managed to get that sorted out soon enough. Now I haven't been able to logon to my cpanel for awhile and apparently my categories and tags have vanished from the wordpress blog that I have put up on HelioHost. I have the exact same problem. Its been going on for the last 3 to 4 days now. I went through some old post here that have complained of the same Fantastico problem and the only solution was "wait for a few days"... I hope its sorted out soon.
